In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This role is responsible for the customer relationship and revenue delivered from the customer and the related strategy to exceed budget expectations. You will be the commercial lead for Scout in the insurance industry and a key commercial figure within the business. This position may require occasional travel.
